I forgot I had started a blog... whoops!

So yeah, I had completely forgotten I had started a book blog!!! I also haven't posted a video on YouTube for many months, but that is because I just didn't enjoy doing so more than anything.
I'm going to catch up over the next few weeks and try keep it up to date!

The Problem With Reviews...

...Is that I am terrible at them! I tried for 20 minutes to write a review about one of the books I finished in June, but it was so terrible I deleted it! Instead/until I improve, I'm just going to continue posting a mini fragment of my feelings for the book on my Goodreads page, along with the star rating, and if anyone has any questions feel free to inbox me on there and I'll try answer the best I can!
Thanks, and keep turning pages!

'Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children' by Ransom Riggs

"A mysterious island.

 An abandoned orphanage.

A strange collection of very curious photographs.

It all waits to be discovered in Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, an unforgettable novel that mixes fiction and photography in a thrilling reading experience. As our story opens, a horrific family tragedy sets sixteen-year-old Jacob journeying to a remote island off the coast of Wales, where he discovers the crumbling ruins of Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As Jacob explores its abandoned bedrooms and hallways, it becomes clear that the children were more than just peculiar. They may have been dangerous. They may have been quarantined on a deserted island for good reason. And somehow—impossible though it seems—they may still be alive.

A spine-tingling fantasy illustrated with haunting vintage photography, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children will delight adults, teens, and anyone who relishes an adventure in the shadows."*

'How To Be A Woman' by Caitlin Moran

"It's a good time to be a woman: we have the vote and the Pill, and we haven't been burnt as witches since 1727. However, a few nagging questions do remain... Why are we supposed to get Brazilians? Should we use Botox? Do men secretly hate us? And why does everyone ask you when you're going to have a baby? Part memoir, part rant, Caitlin answers the questions that every modern woman is asking."*
